- We are circulating the People Power Initiative to restore initiative and referendum rights that the Legislature has recently been nickel-and-diming to death.
- We are asking a federal court to overturn Initiated Measure 24, which denies Americans their First Amendment right to financially support or oppose South Dakota ballot measures.
- We are watching for referendum opportunities to block and put to a public vote new bad laws passed by the Legislature that infringe on the people’s right to petition and vote on ballot measures.
